About – Photopi

My name is Morten and I am an photo enthusiast with an interest in landscape photography. To me it is not about the image alone, but the process as a whole. My photo stories is about planning a trip, getting to the location, choosing a composition and selecting an exposure to capture the mood of the great outdoors. My destinations are primarily in Scandinavia and Iceland. I try to exclude people and buildings in my pictures since I find them distracting. Urban photo can also be exciting, but it is not my primary source of inspiration. I publish my work here on my website Photopi and on Youpic. My dream is to offer my work as print in my online store, but I am not quite there yet.
