ORDER

There is no purchase agreement with Photopi until you have received an order confirmation or invoice by email from Photopi. The order confirmation or invoice is the purchase agreement.

PAYMENT

You can only use MobilePay at Photopi. This requires a smartphone attached to a Danish phone number with the Mobilepay app developed by Danske Bank installed. The Mobilpay app must be linked to a credit or debit card issued by a danish bank. Payment on MobilPay must be sent to Photopi at mobile number: xxxxxxxx. Please note that the phone number used with MobilPay must be identical to the phone number listed in the order. If not, the payment will be returned to the current phone number. The current order will not be processed and deleted after 7 days.

DELIVERY

Packing and shipment is handled by AAAAAAA via their usual courier: BBBBBBB. Delivery time from the order is finished until it is delivered is 1 to 3 days for Denmark. The delivery terms are determined by the courier and can be found on their website xxxxxxxxxxxx. If delivery is not possible under these conditions, the order will be returned to AAAAAAA. Here the order can be picked up by presenting the order confirmation. Maken an appointment first by calling them on xxxxxxxx.

CANCELLATION

In the case of consumer purchases, you have 14 days of cancellation under your purchase agreement. Note that the cancellation does not include the situation where delivery has not been possible according to the courier’s delivery terms. You must, within 14 days from an order confirmation by Photopi, inform us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You can contact Photopi by phone: xxxxxxxx. We prefer that you send a text message with your order number, as well as the reason you wish to cancel your purchase. You can also send your confirmation mail to: xxxxxxxxx including a text describing the reason why you wish to cancel your purchase? Please cancel your order as soon as possible best within 3 days, so we can stop production of your order.

RETURN SHIPPING

If you have already received your order when you wish to cancel your purchase, the order must be returned to AAAAAAA. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipment, including cost. We prefer you to use  usual courierof AAAAAAA, but all couriers can in principle be used. You can also return the order personally by appointment at AAAAAAA. Please call them to make arrangements  If the order is unpacked. Remeber to take a picture of the order as documentation of the state of your order before packing.

RETURN PACKAGING

It is extremely important that your order is returned to AAAAAAA. in the same state as received by you. We recommend that you use the original packaging. Be careful not to destroy the original packaging when packing out your order. If you are unable to use the original packaging, the order must be returned with care in the similar packaging as the original. Please note that you are liable for a sufficient packing of the order. Remeber to take a picture of the finished packing of the order as documentation.

RETURN PAYMENT

If your order is not in production, the refund will be made when AAAAAAA notifies Photopi that the order has been stopped. If your order has been put into production, the refund will be completed when AAAAAAA notifies Photopi that your order has been completed. If your order has been shipped from AAAAAAA, the refund will be completed when Photopi receives a message from AAAAAAA that the return shipment is received and reviewed for any damage. If your order has received visible damage as a result of handling at your address or shipping from your address to AAAAAAA, which reduces the value of the product, this amount will be deducted from the purchase price of the product. Please note that this can be the full price of the product.

WARRANTY

In the case of consumer purchases in a web shop registred in Denmark, you have 24 months’ right of claim. However, the right of claim may be limited by the circumstances in which your product is stored or used. Be aware that products printed on cardboard or paper are unsuitable for damp rooms. Be aware that sunlight or sharp lighting can significantly degrade the product lifespan. In extreme cases from years to months or even days. No products from Photopi are suitable for outdoor use. You must, within 24 months of receiving an order confirmation, inform Photopi that you wish to use your warranty. You must forward your confirmation email to: xxxxxxxxx with a text describing the reason you wish to use your warranty. It is important that you take pictures of the environment in which your product has been stored or used, as well as the product itself and the damage that causes the complaint. If you do not have your order email electronically, your warranty will expire. Note that if you have an active account at Photopi, where the current order can be accessed your warranty is vallid . The product must be returned as described under return shipments and return packaging. Based on the material Photopi receives from you, all or part of the full amount will be returned to the current phonenumber associated with the current order.

DAMAGE FROM DELIVERY

Naturally, you are not liable for damage caused to your order, while beeing delivered to your address. If you spot this kind of damage, contact Photopi immediately by phone: xxxxxxxx. We prefer that you send a text message with your order number and a text describing the damage. You can also forward your confirmation mail to: xxxxxxxxx including a text describing the damage. It is very important that you take pictures of the damage and attach them to your text or email. Photopi will subsequently contact you to make further arrangements. Photopi offers the following in connection with damage from delivery:

Repairing the damage at AAAAAAA.

Photopi and AAAAAAA will arrange for shipment to and from your address. Note that Photopi pays all costs incurred in repairing and shipping. Please note that the original packaging must also be returned to AAAAAAA. Please note that If the original packaging is not available, all repair and shipping will be done at your expense.

Replacement of the order.

A new order will be produced and delivered to your address. Please not that the freight courier can only deliver the new order in return for the damaged order. You can also replace the order personally by appointment at AAAAAAA. Please call them to make arrangements. The damage order must be in its original packaging. If not the damage order cannot be replaced. The replacement order will then be processed as a new order and you will receive a charge via Mobilpay for the full amount for a new order.

REPAIR

If your product sustains damage during daily use, don’t worry! AAAAAAA has many years of experience in image repair. Call them, and have a chat about the nature of the damage to see if a repair is possible and make further arrangements.
